Radheshyam Spinning Mill is fully automated factory which produce cotton yarn for both domestic and export consumption. Right from the beginning cotton bales are fed on chute, where all the dirt like leaves and discolored cotton is separated from cotton. Cotton rope formation follows the process making threads. The humidity and temperature are maintained at 70 % and 28° C respectively. This is to ensure the strength of the thread. Mr. Sushil Kumar, General Manager accompanied the student at every level of production line. Students saw themselves many material handling equipment and asked questions about automated operations.
