School of Pharmacy, RK University, has been celebrating World Pharmacists Day on 25th September since last 9 years through various activities which blend fun with learning. With the theme of this year 'Pharmacy: Always trusted for your health', students took part in fumigation drive and patient safety awareness drive, wherein information regarding medication error, personal precautions, ADR reporting and prevention was explained. Students also conducted general health checkup drive through which more than 100 people took advantage at Racecourse-Rajkot as a part of central event organized by Rajkot Pharmacists Association and all Pharmacy colleges of Saurashtra region. Students also participated actively in competitions like Elocution, Debate, Quiz, Pharma Marketing, Pharma Recipe, Rangoli, Paintings and Pharma scavenger hunt organized at School of Pharmacy, RKU.
